Supreme court schedules hearing for gag order appeal in missing New Canaan mom case

The Connecticut Supreme Court will hold a hearing for the appeal of a gag order in the case of missing New Canaan mom Jennifer Dulos.
The date has been set for Dec. 12.
The gag order was issued in the case.
Fotis' attorney, Norm Pattis, says the order hinders his ability to defend his client against media coverage.
Fotis and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis are charged with evidence tampering and hindering the prosecution in the case.
