The father of a double murder suspect who fled the state was arrested by Newtown police last month.
Robert Manfredonia, the father of Peter Manfredonina, was charged with second-degree sexual assault, two counts of risk of injury to a child, and two counts of illegally giving liquor to a minor.
The 54-year-old posted a $50,000 bond, and is set to appear in court in Waterbury in July.
