Stratford police say a school bus driver has been fired and is facing charges today after he punched a student in the face Monday.
Superintendent Irene Cornish says the driver had warned the 15-year-old student to stop making remarks about his family or he would hit him.
Cornish says the driver stopped the bus and punched the student several times in the face.
