A Stratford community is cleaning up after the rain and flooding Monday.
Fire officials say one of the biggest problem areas is under viaducts, where the road dips. Officials say they have dealt with about a dozen cars that got stuck in the water. They recommend driving slow and getting off at the nearest exit if the rain becomes heavy.
Officials say they are preparing to deal with more flooding.
