Stratford police: Homeowner exchanged gunfire with possible car thieves
Police say the suspect fled the scene in a vehicle.

Stratford police say a homeowner on Burritt Avenue exchanged gunfire with at least two suspects who may have been attempting to steal one of his vehicles parked in his driveway.
They say several gunshots fired by the suspects hit the homeowner's house. There were no reported injuries.
Police say the suspect fled the scene in a vehicle. They are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call them.
