Stratford residents enjoyed the great outdoors today, soaking up uncommonly warm temperatures in the middle of winter. People walked their dogs and ventured to the golf course at Short Beach, while students on vacation flocked to a nearby skate park. The average temperature for late February is 40 degrees, but temperatures in the low 60s are bucking the trend.
