After they say an unfair political process left one of their neighbors facing eviction, residents of Bridgeport's Success Village are crying foul.
Residents says Barbara Montenez -- who owns a unit at the residential co-op - was duly voted onto their board of directors.
Now she's facing eviction.
Some residents say the board president, who lost her seat to Montenez, supported a vote to terminate Montenez's membership as a roundabout way of regaining her seat.
The residents plan to file a grievance with the state Attorney General.
The board president has not yet responded to News 12's request for a comment.
