Temperatures could get hotter by Wednesday.

The humidity levels are up, and they will also climb Thursday.

That will make the temperatures feel more like 92-95 degrees Wednesday afternoon.

There is also a risk of some showers and thunderstorms, as a weak cold front tries to move through the area.

Right now, the rain threat looks hit or miss.

The clouds will linger into Thursday and then things start to cool a bit by the end of the week.

Not much rain will fall. Rain chances remain slim even into next week.

The Perseid Meteor Shower peaks tomorrow night into Wednesday morning. Jupiter and Venus will also get closer in our pre-dawn sky through tomorrow morning.
