Sunday liquor sales kicked off yesterday and now retailers are prepping for the long Memorial day weekend.
Not every store in Connecticut took advantage of the new law however.
The law, signed by the governor last week, allows Sunday liquor sales from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The new law also allows for alcohol sales on the Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day holidays.
