NOW AND NEW: Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Steve Teeling says overnight, a few rain showers are likely south with some light freezing rain possible north all ending overnight. Friday will be mostly sunny and windy, with temperatures dropping during the afternoon into Friday night.
NEXT: Both Saturday and Sunday could feature some flurries or a few snow showers with little to any accumulation likely. Another stronger system will affect us late Monday into Tuesday. Snow, wintry mix and rain are all possible with this system - so stay tuned.
TONIGHT: Cloudy and cold with some scattered rain showers and drizzle. Most likely freezing rain and freezing drizzle in Litchfield County. Low of 35.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny and windy, temps dropping later day. High of 40. Very cold at night with lows in the teens.
SATURDAY: Becoming cloudy and cold with some afternoon flurries or a few light snow showers. High of 32.
SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy with a few flurries. High of 42.
MONDAY: Becoming cloudy with snow developing in the later afternoon. High of 41. Snow and a wintry mix and rain likely at night.
