One person is hospitalized after a high-speed police chase in Stamford.Police say state troopers were trying to catch a suspect on I-95 at around 10:30 p.m. Sunday.According to police, the driver crashed on Atlantic Street as he attempted to exit the highway. Police say the car slammed into a wall and came to a stop in the middle of the road.The suspect was taken to Stamford Hospital. Officials have not released the driver's condition.State police have not yet revealed why the suspect was being chased.
