Police say the man suspected of making a female jogger uncomfortable at Waveny Park Tuesday has turned himself in.

He allegedly tapped the woman on her shoulder and made inappropriate remarks. 

She called police, who haven't released specifics about the incident but say it concerned them enough to alert the community and release the man's description.

Police say the suspect saw the story on the news and went to police headquarters to surrender.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing, and it's unclear what charges the man will face.

Police say they expect to make an arrest and will release more details after charges are filed.
