Stress levels always rise for procrastinators as the tax filing deadline approaches.
Lisa Colvin, a counselor at St. Vincent's Behavioral Health Services in Westport, says that the key to managing stress is to stay organized, plan ahead and not wait until the last minute.
Colvin also says that the act of handing over money to the government is in itself a stressful situation.
