Police say Jason Berrios turned himself in after the incident, which happened last month in the parking lot of the Shelton Square Shopping Center.

Police say Jason Berrios turned himself in after the incident, which happened last month in the parking lot of the Shelton Square Shopping Center.
The juvenile victim has since recovered.
Berrios is charged with reckless driving.
