A teenager from Redding is facing child pornography charges for allegedly distributing a nude picture of another teen.
Redding police charged the 14-year-old boy last week with child pornography and harassment, charges that could potentially get him added to Connecticut's sex offender registry.
"Nowadays, you send one picture to one person, and even if you think they're your friend, it could be liked by somebody else and before you know it, it's out there and you're never going to get it back," says Redding Police Chief Douglas Fuchs.
Police say that the alleged victim was not a classmate and that the photo was not taken on school grounds.
