State prosecutors say a 19-year-old man from Bridgeport is facing up to 12 years in prison after accepting a plea deal in the deadly street robbery of a 72-year-old man.
Officials say Qaavon Foster was one of two men who knocked David Roman off his bicycle when they tried to steal it on Madison Avenue in 2013.
Roman was on life support for nearly a year before dying from his injuries.
Foster's accomplice previously pleaded guilty and is serving time in prison.
