Tempers flared outside a courthouse in Milford Monday after three of five teen suspects were arraigned following a vandalism spree over the weekend. Police say Brandon Stevens, Patsy Ciccglione, and James Kelly and two others drove around West Haven's West Shore area late Saturday and early Sunday throwing potato-size rocks at parked cars. A fight nearly broke out in front of the courthouse between one of the teen's parents and a man whose car window had been broken. All of the teens who appeared in court were given 8 p.m. curfews. The other two teenagers arrested over the weekend are juveniles. No word yet on what punishment they are facing. The teenagers are charged with dozens of counts of second-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal mischief.
