Reports of burnout from workplace stress are on the rise.
In the new world of work, large portions of our workforce still say they're burnt out.
Rates have continued to climb since 2021. In a new survey of more than 10,000 global workers, 42% reported burnout.
The survey by U.S. think-tank Future Forum also showed two types of people are at a greater risk of burning out than everyone else: Women and workers under 30.
