With Bed Bath & Beyond filing for bankruptcy, all bets may be off for using the famous 20% off coupons.
Consumer Reporter Janice Lieberman has The Real Deal on why it's a great time to buy all those home and baby goods.
Bed Bath & Beyond is shutting its doors and hundreds of their stores are closing. So what should you do with the coupons you have been hoarding? Throw them out because they are no good anymore.
It’s time to get ready for liquidation sales, where you may be able to pick up a bargain while there is still goods to get.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items purchased before April 26, and you will have until May 24 to do so. However, inventory will be limited for exchanges.
Hundreds of stores are set to close on June 30.
According to the FAQ’s on the store’s website, couples and parents registered with Bed Bath & Beyond and Buy Buy Baby may get help with their registries by using their third party vendors.
Parents and couples can still use gift cards until May 8. Welcome rewards and store credits can be used until May 15, as long as the merchandise holds out.
Meanwhile, if you ordered something online, your order should still be OK.
Consumers are advised to transfer their registry to another retailer to make sure it is fulfilled, and items will be in stock.
