Connecticut has been experiencing continuous warm and sunny days with little to no rain.
"So hot, I had to take off the jacket," said a man walking at Sherwood Island State Park.
It may be autumn but temperatures by mid day feel like a it could be summer.
"I'm not complaining and best of all the foliage is still hanging in there," said another Westport resident taking his morning walk.
Temperatures on Tuesday are expected to hit a record high.
"I'll still take another hot day," said a News 12 viewer.
The current weather may feel great, but there is concern of a possible drought.
Sherwood Island State Park listed the fire danger moderate on Monday.
