A Torrington cyclist died from injuries suffered after being struck by a car Friday morning.
It happened just after 9 a.m. on Winsted Road near Machuga Road.
Police say they found Shawn Kiefer seriously injured.
Torrington police are asking anyone with information to give them a call.
