State officials said today liquor superstore Total Wine and More has agreed to pay $37,500 for openly selling alcohol below the state's minimum price.
Smaller shops had called on officials to penalize Total Wine and BevMax for selling alcohol below the price established by the state to help local stores stay competitive.
