Tourism is booming right now, but not in the U.S., according to the U.N. World Tourism Organization.
The organization says trips by global travelers surged last year by 7 percent, but trips to the U.S. fell by about 4 percent.
The strong dollar is a key factor in the affordability to stay in U.S.
