The highways are moving again following a major accident involving two trucks this morning on I-95 southbound.
The accident at exit 5 snarled traffic in Greenwich starting at about 5 a.m.
Two trucks collided and spilled a large amount of fuel onto the road.
Only one lane was moving for most of the morning commute.
