Former boxing champ and Norwalk councilman Travis Simms is facing charges after a fight broke out at a family member's apartment.
It happened on Madison Avenue Sunday.
Police say about 20 people were involved in the incident.
They say they used a stun gun on the 41-year-old when he refused to leave.
Simms is now free on a $1,000 bond.
