Police are warning fitness enthusiasts in Trumbull Monday that their cars are being targeted while they spend time at the gym.
They say the L.A. Fitness gym at the Westfield Trumbull Shopping Mall has been the site of eight car thefts over the past month.
In all eight cases, the victims had left their keys unattended, according to officials.
They say the keys are either in clothing or in gym lockers that weren't locked up.
