2ds agoTwo people from Torrington, Logan Diaz-Lopardo and Abbigale Whipple, have been arrested for manslaughter after a pedestrian was hit and killed in Harwinton last July.
According to state police, Diaz-Lopardo was the driver and Whipple was a passenger in the vehicle involved in the accident, which occurred on Clearview Avenue.
Both are due in court on Tuesday.
