A big moment is ahead for the Huskies as UConn's Pride of Connecticut marching band has been selected to perform in the 100th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

The band is one of eight chosen from more than 100 applicants to take part in the iconic event, set for Nov. 26, 2026.

Each group will receive a $10,000 grant from Macy's to support fundraising and help prepare for the trip to New York City.
