Union members voted in favor of a deal Sunday that would keep Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford until at least 2032.
More than 2,000 Teamsters approved the deal.
It includes a 25 percent pay cut for workers hired starting in 2017.
In late September the general assembly approved tax breaks for the company.
In exchange Sikorsky will produce a new line of helicopters in the state and will add new jobs.
