United Illuminating will hold a discussion about what it has done to improve its readiness and response after recent storms in Connecticut.
The discussion was supposed to be held today at 1 p.m. at UI Headquarters but was postponed until June 18.
Many in the state were left without power for more than a week following Tropical Storm Isaias last year.
UI and Eversource were immediately under fire for their response to the storm.
Gov. Ned Lamont had requested an investigation soon after.
In April, the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority ruled both UI and Eversource did not meet certain acceptable performance standards in preparing for and responding to Tropical Storm Isaias.
Last month, PURA issued proposed notices of violation against both utilities.
PURA proposed $2.1 million in fines against UI and $30 million in fines against Eversource, the maximum allowed by law.
Profit reductions were also proposed for both companies.
There will be two hearings later this month regarding the proposals.
Isaias took aim at Connecticut in early August of last year.
UI planned to discuss storm preparations and how it has worked to improve its readiness and response after recent storms.
Officials also plan to talk about tools and resources available to customers.
