The video was taken on April 11, by Amanda Rae Tyler, and shows a mom and three bear cubs running down the road, then climbing a stone wall.
It happened early in the evening on Carter Road.
Connecticut officials say there were an estimated 8,600 bear sightings in 2021 which is the last year results were available.
