State election regulators have referred Wanda Geter-Pataky to prosecutors for potential criminal charges related to the alleged ballot fraud during last year's election for Bridgeport mayor.
As News 12 reported, Geter-Pataky was seen on video stuffing absentee ballot boxes.
That led a judge to order a new Democratic primary.
Geter-Pataky is already facing charges related to the 2019 mayoral election.
