WHAT’S NEW: Plenty of sunshine Monday with wind gusts up around 25 mph. Highs climb into the 60s, making it feel more like late-September than mid-November! The statewide drought continues to worsen without significant rainfall.
WHAT’S NEXT: Rain is finally on the way and will hit late Wednesday. Showers continue into Thursday and wrap up on Friday. This system could deliver the most substantial rainfall we’ve seen in months — a much-anticipated relief for extended dry conditions. There’s also a chance for freezing precipitation in some areas, particularly in higher elevations or spots near the coast.
MONDAY: Breezy. Clouds. Dry. High of 63 degrees. Low of 40 degrees.
