Danbury police have issued an arrest warrant for David "Davicito" Grullon, the man wanted in the killing of his neighbor Victor Quispe.

Quisipe, a local barber and father-to-be, was killed Wednesday night when a bullet from a gun fired from a next-door unit on Lake Avenue struck him.

The Connecticut Office of Chief Medical Examiner says Quisipe died from a gunshot wound to his torso.

Police say Grullon lives next door to the victim.

Grullon also has a case pending in Danbury Superior Court for assault, intimidation of a witness, disorderly conduct, threatening and reckless endangerment from an incident in July 2024.
