News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Scott Sincoff says it will be a soggy and foggy morning commute along I-95 and the Merritt Parkway leads to a drier evening across the state with showers fading throughout the start of our workweek. Temperatures will be slightly cooler than average with a possibly gusty wind.
A coastal flood advisory will be in effect Monday from noon to 2 p.m.
OVERNIGHT: Showers and fog across the state. Lows in the 40s to near 50. Wind: NE 5-10 MPH.
MONDAY: A soggy commute with fading showers throughout the day. Highs in the 50s to around 60. Wind: Variable 5-15 MPH.
MONDAY NIGHT: Partly cloudy and a cold breeze settling in. Lows into the 30s.
TUESDAY: Cold start, mostly sunny and breezy. Highs in the 50s.
WEDNESDAY: Cold start, partly to mostly cloudy with showers. Highs approaching 50.
THURSDAY: Cold start, mostly sunny. Highs around 50.
FRIDAY: Partly cloudy and milder. Highs into the upper 50s.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs in the 60s.
