NEXT: It will be cloudy on Thursday with rain developing later in the day. It could briefly start as a wintry mix in Litchfield County. Rain is likely for Thursday night, heavy at times with rain Friday morning tapering off to scattered showers in the afternoon. It will be very windy Friday with some wind gusts 50+ mph.
