Wells Fargo is experiencing a glitch that left some customers’ accounts short hundreds of dollars.
Customers who are signed up for automatic online bill pay were getting double-charged.
Many took to social media to lash out at the bank, especially on the reportedly long wait times when they called the customer service line.
The bank says it is aware of the glitch and working to resolve the issue.
