The Row House of Westport offers what it calls a boutique fitness rowing experience - and recently reopened to gymgoers in October.

Owner Laura Sabia says rowing is a total body, low impact cardio workout that utilizes 85% of your muscles throughout the entire 45-minute workout.

She says the rowing machines simulate as if you're on the water, letting people row year-round.

Sabia says that with COVID-19 regulations, they only host 10 people per class spaced 12 feet apart.

She says staff members take gymgoers' temperatures when they go in and clean the machines before and after classes.

Row House is located on the Post Road East in Westport.
