Cloudy skies and some rain could not put a damper to the years-old Black Rock Parade in Bridgeport on Sunday.

First responders, city and community leaders and music performances filled the neighborhood as the event moved down Fairfield Avenue.

News 12's Angelica Toruno spoke to revelers who were excited to see the event's return.
