A former Wilton preschool aide who was charged with possessing child pornography was arraigned on charges Wednesday.

Eric Von Kohorn is also being investigated for allegedly taking a child to the bathroom without another staff member present.

Von Kohorn's attorney Kerry Lawrence, issued a statement saying, "He has voluntarily taken and passed a polygraph wherein he was asked whether he ever engaged in "any sexual activity" with any child at Wilton, to which he stated he had not."

Lawrence also urged parents not to rush into any judgment on the case.
