Wilton police arrested a driver accused of leading police on a wild chase last Monday.
Police say Jorge A. Oliva, 48, of Trumbull, engaged officers in a chase, threw a baseball cap out of his window, and then crashed his car into two vehicles on Danbury Road and Olmstead Hill Road.
One of the drivers was injured in the crash and was transported to Norwalk Hospital by ambulance, according to police.
Police said Oliva also kicked a Wilton officer and punched a second officer in the nose.
Oliva is being held on a $50,000 bond
