Some Wilton residents are upset over recent upgrades to the town's train tracks. Town officials say the new signaling boxes are part of a state project that preempts local zoning regulations. However, people living in the area say the structures are an eyesore and that the state Department of Transportation needs to resolve the issue. DOT officials say they will make a decision by Monday.
