Fairfield police say a woman faces charges for taking toys from collection boxes at police headquarters.
Police say a dispatcher noticed Judith Howard, 55, of Seymour, on surveillance cameras taking toys from the lobby.
The toys were part of the department's holiday toy drive.
Police say she took 16 toys, estimated to be worth $320.
