New details have emerged about a stabbing in Torrington that sent an elderly woman to the hospital.
Police said Danielle Van Doren was arrested Monday and charged with attempted murder and assault.
She is being held on a $1 million bond, accused of stabbing the woman on Aetna Avenue last month.
The victim has been released from the hospital and is now recovering.
