A Woodbridge facility was added to the list of places fined by the federal government for failing to comply with COVID-19-related guidelines.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined the parent company of "The Liden at Woodbridge" $13,000 for three different violations.

All three violations have to do with employee training in the use of respiratory equipment, rather than the actual conditions or cleanliness of the facility.
