A Woodbridge man will spend 32 months in prison for COVID-19 pandemic relief fraud.

Prosecutors said Yasir Hamed submitted fraudulent PPP loan applications, overstating employee numbers and payroll.

He received $2.3 million in loans, keeping more than $1 million for himself and using much of it to buy a house.
