4ds agoA wrong-way driver was arrested on I-95 early Monday after a state trooper intercepted the vehicle.
Brandon Murillo, of unknown age and residence, was traveling the wrong way on an I-95 exit ramp when the trooper spotted him.
Murillo made a U-turn and was pulled over. He subsequently failed a sobriety test, according to state police.
