Yale New Haven Health celebrated a milestone Monday after discharging its 2,500th COVID-19 patient from across its network.

Yale New Haven Health celebrated a milestone Monday after discharging its 2,500th COVID-19 patient from across its network.
Gabriel Cid was admitted to Greenwich Hospital on April 12 and spent 30 days in the ICU.
He was on a ventilator for 21 days. Cid says he's grateful to the health care workers who helped him recover.
He will be heading to a rehab facility for physical therapy. Cid says he hopes to join his family again soon.
