Crowds gathered to dine outdoors in New Canaan for a good cause Sunday night.
The Young Women's League of New Canaan held their first ‘Dinner Downtown.’
Forest Street was closed and turned into an outdoor dining space for over 160 people.
The food was created by 11 of the town's best chefs.
Proceeds from the event benefit the league's Giving Fund, which raises money for children's charities.
Organizers say the fundraiser sold out in six days, and they hope it becomes an annual event.
