Zagat: Tipping out of style; noise bugs people most at restaurants

Tipping is going out of style, according to a new Zagat survey.
Forty-three percent of people would rather see higher prices on the menu than pay a tip.
The survey says people in New Orleans, Miami and Charleston hate tipping the most.
The average American tips about 18 percent.
The website also found 24 percent of people say noise bugs them most when dining out, followed by the service.
Fifteen percent said the crowds, 12 percent said high prices, and 10 percent said parking.
Seventy percent of people also said they are over the trendy backless stools.
